Dear Colleagues:

Bryant University will be hosting this year’s New England Counselors of Color Bridging Access to College Winter 2013 Meeting. The meeting will take place on Monday, January 7, 2013 and Tuesday, January 8, 2013. In support of your organization, we trust that you will be joining us on our beautiful campus in Smithfield, RI

We have set the fee for the January meeting at $70 per attendee to cover expenses. Please take a moment to complete the registration form (also located on website) and return it to:

Lodging Information: We have also reserved a block of 20 rooms (12 king, 8 queen) at the Courtyard Marriott in Lincoln, RI (636 George Washington Highway, Lincoln, RI 02865 – 3.5 mi) for January 7th – 8th.  The rate for the room is $119.00/night.  To reserve a room, you will have to call the hotel at 401-333-3400. The reservation is under NECBAC Bryant University.  If you are interested in staying at a different hotel, there is a Hampton Inn (945 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 – 1.2 mi) and a Holiday Inn Express (1010 Douglas Pike, Smithfield, RI 02917 – 0.7 mi) within 2 miles of the university.
